Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bullion Automations ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bullion Automations provides a cloud-based platform for precious metals stores, including live pricing displays, an AI phone assistant, a quote tool with compliance reporting, and a management dashboard. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account may manage multiple store locations under a single tenant.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all modules. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Unused trial periods are not transferable.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly per store, per module.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• You may add or remove modules and stores at any time. Changes are prorated.
• If payment fails, you will receive a notification and a grace period before features are suspended.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Data and Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service (including LEADSOnline reporting and transaction data) complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Service provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

8. AI Phone Assistant

The AI Phone Assistant provides automated responses based on your configured knowledge base and pricing data. Responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing call transcripts and flagged calls. Call recordings are retained for 14 days.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Bullion Automations. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullion Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the close of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
