• Store information (store name, address, phone number, hours of operation)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, device and browser type)
• Call data (transcripts, recordings, caller phone numbers) processed by the AI Phone Assistant
• Transaction data processed through the Quote Tool (item descriptions, quantities, prices)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send service-related communications (account alerts, billing notices)
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., LEADSOnline compliance reporting)

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us operate (AWS, Stripe, Vapi, nFusion, Intuit/QuickBooks, LEADSOnline)
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Call recordings are retained for 14 days. Transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable record-keeping laws.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access to customer data is restricted by role-based permissions. API keys and credentials are stored in AWS Secrets Manager.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@bullionautomations.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard.
